Firstly i wanted you to change your mindset that you don’t do everything in life. I know its different. As your upbringing you grew up with listening that you can do everything but logically its not possible. As per day you have only 24 hours if you have to do everything. 1. Choice
You have to choose carefully. What do you want from your life . According to your goal or dream you have to choose. Generally choose things that are supported to dream or your goal. Give most of your time in that things so it will help you to reach your goal fastly.
2. Learn to say “No”
The difference between successful people and really successful people,” he says, “is that really successful people say no to almost everything.

In a particular day you have lots of work that dosen’t contribute to your goal and as per upbringing our parents, teachers and elders taught to say “yes” to everyone but saying “yes” to these you dont have enough time to work on your goal. So please learn to say “No” almost everything that dosent support your goal.
3. Do it everyday with a routine
Making routine is necessary. By doing these things everyday you grow 10 times faster than others. In starting its looks like a tough task but after something it would become easy and doable.
4. Sleep
I know you think why i am put sleep in this . Sleep is a very important and i hope you know its benefits. If you do all things in life and if you dosent have a time to sleep. Your mental physical and spiritual all kinds of life are effected. By sleeping 6–10 hrs in a day make your body and mind active . So dont froget to sleep .
